Welcome to Rossell Fitness, it is my belief and philosophy that by working with you on your health and happiness and building your confidence, I can help you to build and shape the body AND lifestyle that you desire. Here at Rossell Fitness we do not just work on the body in the gym and the kitchen, we take a holistic approach to your lifestyle where we can make small changes and improvements in all areas in order to get the results that you want and deserve. Without fully committing to the changes that are possible in your lifestyle, please understand that your results will be sub-optimal. At Rossell Fitness we simply ask that you are in the right frame of mind to improve your health, happiness and confidence a little more every day, striving for long term health and longevity. In order for your training and our time together to run smoothly and effectively I ask that you read and adhere to the following T&C’s. Please type I AGREE into the box

General terms:

New customers only, you are new to RF and have not undertaken a training plan with Nicola before
You are committing yourself to a minimum of 28 days of training
You are willing to spend time mapping out a 90 day plan to build your health, happiness and confidence
Rossell Fitness is a brand and the products and services thereof may not be duplicated or re-used for any purposes.
The support and documentation provided during the course of your programme is for your own specific use. Any documentation shared outside of this use with friends or family is at your own risk. Rossell Fitness cannot take any responsibility for any injury, illness or other affliction that may occur as a result of following my documentation WITHOUT my direct permission or guidance
Payment terms

You will pay a 100% refundable deposit of £150
Payment will be made via an online payment system only (we regret we cannot take cash, or cheques)
Your deposit will be refunded at the end of the 28 days provided you adhere to the following terms and conditions
Your responsibilities (as the client)

A PAR-Q form will be filled in before any exercise can take place. If you attend the first sessions without this form completed, you will be expected to take the time to fill this in using up your own time. Copies of this form are kept at the gym.
You are prepared to record and upload a DAILY video log of your progress (this does not have to be positive and sunny every day, it just needs to be honest)
You give your permission to use your daily video logs on social media and the website to promote the programme
You are willing to write and submit a short daily blog summary of your progress each day
You give your permission to use your daily written logs on social media and the website to promote the programme
You are willing to log a food diary and submit the statistics to Nicola for critique on a daily basis
A 4 week nutrition plan will be laid out for you to follow on a weekly basis
You will submit a health questionnaire with as much information to help you reach your goals as possible. You may choose not to fill this form in however please note that your results may be impacted as a result of withholding this information.
You will submit a goal setting booklet with your ideas and plans for what you want to achieve
You will watch the weekly coaching video inside the members area on Facebook (you will be invited to join this members-only group if your application is successful)
You will commit to filling in an online weekly progress questionnaire which will provide the information that we need to ensure you are making the right progress.
Training times are as follows: MON, FRI 10-11am, TUE, THURS 630-730pm, SUN 11am
You will attend at least 3 out of the 5 available session times every week
When you are unable to make it to 3 or more session each week, you will complete a workout in your own time to keep up with the plan
You will submit a video and written evaluation of your experiences on the programme and the results that you have been able to achieve
If any of these terms are not met, you forfeit your right to receive the refund of your £150 deposit
You are expected to put your health first at all times. If you are sick, under the weather or injured you must disclose this to coach Nicola. Attending the gym when you are sick is unacceptable as this puts your health at further risk. It also puts the health of coach Nicola and any other members that you encounter at risk too. Please be respectful of this term and abide by it strictly.
You will conduct yourself safely within the gym environment and only work within the boundaries taught to you by Nicola
You will not follow the guidance or advice of other fitness professionlas, diets or programmes whilst you are undertaking the RF RECHARGE programme
Conduct and cancellations

Rossell Fitness reserves the right to withdraw you from the programme without notice if your behaviour and conduct in sessions or in the members online area is not acceptable. This includes, but is not limited to no swearing, no negative comments on other peoples journeys, no violence or abuse of any kind. You will not be eligible for a refund in this case
You will arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure that you are ready for the session to begin on time
Rossell Fitness reserves the right to make any changes to content that is felt to be necessary for the benefit of your programme and progress and will inform you of these changes as and when they occur
Responsibilities of coach 'Nicola Rossell'

Rossell Fitness will at all times put your health and safety first
Rossell Fitness will always check with you before publishing any personal details as part of a promotion
Rossell Fitness will protect any personal data that you provide
Rossell Fitness will keep your details on record for a maximum time of 12 months, your training records will be destroyed thereafter, and you may request a copy of your training records at any time during this period.
Rossell Fitness may keep your email address to inform you of any upcoming offers or products that you may find interesting or beneficial
At all times Rossell Fitness will endeavour to provide you with the help and guidance that you require, please do give up to 24hours for email responses.
Should coach Nicola fall ill or otherwise unable to attend for a session that you have booked, notice will be given at the earliest possible time to reduce inconvenience to yourself
Any sessions that are cancelled by Nicola should be completed at home or in another location using the PDF workout guide that will be provided to you
Nicola will check in with you every Sunday morning via email, contact should also be maintained during the week if needed via email, phone or text.
Nicola will not be available on Saturday’s
Rossell Fitness will be contactable between the hours of 830am and 530pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Sunday’s, contact outside of these times will be answered on the next working day.
Bonus coaching and accountability will be available on the Facebook members only group, for as long as you are a member of RF.
This plan has been designed to generate BIG changes in your life, At times it will feel overwhelming and you will feel unsure, but in these times, you will have the full support of me and your training partners.
